Like any MLM program the Ardyss compensation plan is both pretty standard, and sometimes hard to understand. If you have the years of experience that I do with multilevel marketing, it certainly makes it easier to decipher this document, but if you are new to the MLM business the sheer amount of jargon involved can be quite intimidating.
The first part of the Ardyss compensation plan, or any MLM compensation package, is the retail profits. When you become an MLM distributor you essentially purchase product at wholesale, then sell it for retail, pocketing the difference.
Ardyss recommends that their distributors use a suggested retail price that is 40% above wholesale cost, which is not a bad slice off of your sales. It stands to reason that if you wanted to focus on volume, and were not worried about upsetting your fellow distributors you could easily offer product at a 30% profit range in an attempt to boost volume at the expense of per unit profit.
There are some definite advantages to finding ways to boost your sales volumes, both personally and in your network, but undercutting the competition is not the best way. Obviously if you really want to boost your volumes you need to be using good marketing techniques. This will allow you to generate respectable volume as well as maintain your per unit profit margin.
The Ardyss Compensation Plan is much like any other MLM compensation package, in that “promotions” which grant you access to bonuses and increase the range of your commissions in your network are triggered by monthly wholesale purchases, both individual and group orders.
Like most MLM programs the Ardyss compensation plan determines the commission for a recruiter based upon the wholesale orders there recruit places. As you ascend the ranks of the compensation plan you will be entitled to commissions on members farther and farther away from you. Initially you only receive commissions from your direct recruits, however as your network grow and you climb the ladder you can begin tapping into commissions on the orders of individuals as far as 5 tiers below you in your network.
On top of these relatively normal provisions, the Ardyss compensation plan also includes a number of bonuses. You are eligible for bonuses for recruiting new distributors, for the orders made by your recruits, and meeting certain sales goals on the group and personal level.
If you want to reach the top of the Ardyss compensation plan, or any MLM Business, you will need to understand how to market well. A solid grasp of marketing principles will not only improve your results, it will help you guide your recruits to better results, too, which means more commissions for you.
